KPI Framework

Grand Asian University, Sialkot (GAUS) has established a Sustainability Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Framework to measure, monitor, and evaluate the University's sustainability performance. The framework provides a structured approach for tracking institutional progress, supporting evidence-based decision-making, and ensuring accountability across academic, administrative, and operational functions.

The KPI Framework aligns institutional objectives with the University's Sustainability Policy, Strategic Plan, the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and the UI GreenMetric World University Rankings.

Overview

The Sustainability KPI Framework enables the University to monitor performance across key sustainability areas, identify opportunities for improvement, and assess the effectiveness of institutional initiatives. Performance indicators are reviewed periodically through sustainability assessments, departmental reporting, and performance reviews to support informed planning and continuous institutional improvement.
